Chassis Tolerance Validation Required
Dual-polarity slide-in contacts face bidirectional compressive forces. To prevent terminal tilt, unverified 3D CAD downloads are restricted. Verify your plastic rib dimensions by contacting our Engineering Queue. We supply certified 2D Footprint Specs within 12 working hours.
Series Connection & Assembly Efficiency
1
1:1 Keystone 290 Footprint Matching
Eliminate manual wire soldering between adjacent battery bays. The JT-BC-AA-KS290 serves as a direct mechanical drop-in for the Keystone 290. This dual-polarity bridge connects the positive terminal of one AA cell to the negative terminal of the next, drastically accelerating assembly line throughput for series-configured devices.
2
Bidirectional Chassis Lock
Subjected to spring tension from two separate batteries, the component is anchored by precise 2-1.52 mm top engagement slots. These structural channels lock into the housing walls, ensuring zero displacement even when devices are subjected to heavy drops or continuous mechanical vibration.
3
Spring Steel Conductivity Profile
Stamped from T=0.30 mm Spring Steel, the contact resists plastic deformation. The cathode side employs a 9-point dimple array to pierce battery oxidation, while the anode side utilizes a prominent structural dimple. The entire dual-contact is nickel-plated to facilitate a low-resistance path for the series circuit.
