We engineer a comprehensive portfolio of PCB-mount battery holders and contacts designed for absolute power retention. Serving as direct 1:1 drop-in equivalents to standard Keystone and MPD components, our enclosures support a full spectrum of power architectures—from micro coin cells to high-drain cylindrical formats. To mitigate standard 16-week distributor bottlenecks, we execute a strict 3–5 week fast-track schedule for volume production.

Material Science & Mechanical Parameters

• Electrical Integrity: We utilize Phosphor Bronze C5191 and custom Beryllium Copper (BeCu) to ensure near-zero contact resistance (≤30mΩ). Our customized BeCu contacts safely support up to 10A continuous current for high-drain applications.

• Thermal Resilience (SMT): Surface-Mount variants are injection-molded from UL 94V-0 rated High-Temp LCP or PA46, maintaining absolute dimensional stability across 260°C peak reflow soldering profiles. Supplied in Tape & Reel (T&R) for automated assembly.

• Vibration Resistance (THM): Through-Hole variants provide rigid mechanical anchoring. Our test data confirms the contact pressure prevents power micro-interruptions under 10G shock conditions, yielding an anti-fatigue spring life of >10,000 insertions.
