Furthermore, we upgrade the base material to T=0.30 mm Phosphor Bronze. This premium alloy offers exceptional spring memory for the folded leaf and superior electrical conductivity compared to standard steel. The entire component is nickel-plated to prevent oxidation and maximize solder wetting at the wire hole.
