The JT-BC-CR123A-625-THM CR123A Negative Battery Contact is engineered to provide consistent mechanical retention and reliable electrical connection for CR123A-powered devices. We designed this stamped negative-terminal contact to interface directly with the negative electrode of the CR123A cell, with a verified footprint envelope of 13.50±0.15 mm by 14.60±0.30 mm. Its geometry supports stable battery interface performance across compact electronic, commercial, and industrial product designs.

Manufacturing & Quality
We fabricate this contact from 0.30 mm spring steel strip stock to deliver repeatable deflection, controlled spring return force, and long-cycle durability. A nickel plate finish is applied to help resist oxidation, reduce surface wear, and sustain low contact resistance over service life. Our test data shows dimensional repeatability within ±0.20 mm on critical width and length axes, while the 37.05±0.20 mm developed length helps maintain precise spring arm compliance geometry.
Engineering Protocol
The spring arm profile is engineered to a free height of 2.48±0.30 mm above the base plane to support controlled preload and secure battery retention. We maintain a 2.20±0.20 mm tab width, with secondary dimensions of 13.10±0.25 mm and 12.80±0.20 mm to align with common CR123A holder and compartment layouts. Contact tip geometry references a published pitch dimension of 802.00±0.20 mm for tooling and fit validation within holder-dependent through-hole or press-fit assemblies.
