Verified Board-Level Integration for CR123A Cells
Lithium CR123A batteries are standard in high-drain applications such as tactical lighting, IoT sensors, and security cameras. To handle these demanding power requirements without triggering board redesigns, the JIATEL JT-BC-123A-KS595 is rigorously validated as a direct drop-in replacement for the Keystone 595. It guarantees immediate compatibility with existing THM wave soldering profiles and PCB drill layouts.
Brass Metallurgy & Current Delivery
Unlike standard steel contacts, this component is stamped from T=0.40 mm Brass. Brass significantly lowers the base electrical resistance, ensuring efficient current transfer from the CR123A cell to the circuit during peak load spikes. The robust 0.40 mm thickness prevents terminal bending during battery installation, while the high-density nickel plating provides excellent solderability for the 3.05 mm PC pins.
For a complete single-cell layout, this positive contact (KS595) is designed to pair perfectly with the matching negative spring contact . Engineering data specifies a standard mounting center-to-center span of 36.50 mm on the PCB to correctly accommodate the length of a standard CR123A battery.
