Why we verify before we release
A generic 3D model hides the tolerance stack-up on the mating side. A footprint that is 0.1mm off costs you a PCB respin — so we measure the stack-up against your board before we release geometry.

Can I download a generic 3D CAD or STEP model?
No. We deliberately do not publish generic 3D CAD or STEP downloads, because an unverified model can hide tolerance stack-up on the mating side. Send us the part number and we return a verified, application-matched footprint.
Why not just publish a standard footprint?
Because your board’s stack-up is specific to you. A verified, application-matched footprint is worth more than a generic file: it is measured against your board thickness, mounting method and reflow profile.
How fast will I receive the geometry?
Within 12 hours of your request, during business days. You will receive a 2D footprint drawing, validated dimensional data and mating-height notes.
What do you need from me to start?
A part number or cross-reference, your board thickness and mounting type, and your target annual volume. If you have an existing drawing or a competitor cross-reference, send it along.
