Such high precision ensures a perfect fit between the pins and the receptacle housing, effectively avoiding problems such as flashing and loose assembly caused by improper fitting, and guaranteeing the quality and performance of the product from the source.

Jiatel’s machined pin receptacles are internally equipped with high – quality beryllium copper contacts. This design gives them a significant advantage in pin mating, with a wider range of pin adaptability. In contrast, traditional stamped receptacles and socket products usually have a relatively narrow pin mating range of only.004” (0.102mm). However, Jiatel’s pin receptacles generally have a mating range of.010″ (0.254mm), and in some specially designed products, this range can even be expanded to.020” (0.508mm). This feature is of great significance in actual production. When the diameter of the mating pins varies significantly due to manufacturing tolerances or component changes, Jiatel’s receptacles can still be easily adapted to ensure reliable connections.

 

In addition, the flexibility and versatility of Jiatel pin receptacles are also reflected in their rich application methods. When making board – to – board connections, Jiatel offers a variety of different receptacle design styles. For applications that require high – power handling and strong connection strength, there are receptacles suitable for a pitch of.100” (2.54mm) and larger; for low – level, high – speed signal transmission requirements, there are receptacles with a fine pitch of up to 0.8mm, which can meet the strict requirements of high – speed data transmission. At the same time, Jiatel also provides various installation options such as SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and HSMT (High – Speed Surface Mount Technology).
